Louis Vuitton Tote Full of Interesting Details
Although I’m not sure if it’s fair to criticize Louis Vuitton Tote for being too crassly and uncreatively 80s – after all, that’s perhaps similar to criticizing Dior for being too New Look. And actually, the bags themselves were in fact quite nice at times. Every collections of Louis Vuitton bag have been darkly luxurious and full of interesting details. Instead, it looked like it had provided the accessories for every fashion runway show, all logo prints and unfortunate bling.
The collection really shines when you consider those pieces that didn’t grace the runway. It gives us the opportunity to see a bunch of non-runway accessories immediately following a brand’s runway show, long before this Monogram Canvas Speedy image would normally find their way to public consumption. Louis Vuitton is great for a lot of reasons, but I like it for one of the less talked-about ones.
Fall continues some of the biggest hits from that line, including the ladylike multicolor satchels with crocodile flaps, and it also introduces several more multicolor Louis Vuitton Purse options in the form of slouchy totes and shoulder bags with elongated straps. While paging through the handbags for Louis Vuitton, I kept waiting for the brand’s trump card. For the bag that would pull the whole thing together and make me sit up and pay attention. And while there are some very attractive options from the Monogram Canvas Neverfull collection, unfortunately that bag never came.
